For the four other people on the planet who manually lap petrographic thin sections. This holder is sized for 27mm x 46mm x 1.27mm petrographic slides.

Updated SCAD and stls - now have a holder with just a single indent in the center, one with indents on opposite corners and the standard, two indent holder. Also found that thinner holder facilitates manipulation of slide - can apply pressure where needed.
