This is a spool holder made to fit a 31.5mm diameter plastic spool.
Rod diameter = 6mm
Spool diameter = 31.5mm

3. Profit??
edit: According to Slic3r there is a hole somewhere, but the part will still print and work just fine. Run through Netfab if you feel like it.
