Lots of carabiner options on thingiverse. I like thingiverse.com/thing:5689 the best but I wanted smoother edges so it's more comfortable to squeeze. Also I changed the cut slightly so it catches less on my belt loop.

I've included an easy to configure scad file for those of you who want to change the various dimensions of the carabiner. I've generated STLs for a 5mm, 6mm and 7mm thick carabiner. If you want a different thickness, length, radii, whatever but don't have the OpenSCAD skills (It's easy!), let me know what you want and I'll upload it for you.

I'm currently using the 6mm one, I printed it in ABS with 3 shells and 10% infill. It has a good flex.
