Print both parts at once in highest res your printer can do.
It has been designed for Raftless printing on an UP! 3D Printer.
But should work on most models.

Once you have cleaned up the 2 haves glue together.
I recommend #16 Acrylic Cement.

I would also recommend printing in different colours.
You can swap top & bottom parts for more colour options.
Or paint them with lots of extra detail :)
