EDIT: Presently I really think this object is unnecessary for Blender. The "graph paper" in the background of Blender is 1mm and if you zoom out 'till the 10x grid shows up that grid is 10mm, and if you zoom out juust a little further you'll be looking at a 100mm box. Fit your model in that and it's cupcake-ready.

One of the difficulties of designing models for 3D printing is a lack of a "frame of reference" to show how big something can get before the printer won't print it. To remedy this I made a cube, scaled it to the printable volume of the MakerBot (100mm on a side) and made it slightly thick so it could be printed.

The Blender file has also been provided so 3D designers can scale their objects "to fit" in the build area.

Printing this should work (it fits *inside* the build area of the MakerBot), and doing so will provide a sort of "3D picture frame" to put around objects to see if they'll fit in the build area for replication. (This is a bit of a silly feature but without it this object doesn't quite fit on Thingiverse.)
