RepRap Horizontal Wade Mount
Description
Solves the following problems:
* mounted horizontally to improve clearance
* prevents motor collision on left side at 0mm X above ~50mm Z
* now only collides frame on right if you go past 160mm X and above 90mm Z
* hot end now centered in carriage
* can now be removed from carriage without having to dissasemble first
* makes it look like a miniature version of Adrian's extruder (hey it's a feature to me!)

Instructions
The front mounting screw is inset so that the large gear can pass over it. That means you have to use an M4x10 cap screw instead of a M4x15 otherwise it will go through and run into the X bar. (I just used my dremel to make my screw shorter)

Tony,
How did the groove mount version of this come out? (http://www.flickr.com/photos/t... If it worked, is there a thing page for it (can't find it if it exists).
Otherwise, how do you suggest mounting the hot end with this?
Thanks,
James
