Print.
If you want to swap out the DXF file for something else and play around with the icon size parameters, you can make whatever kind of coin you want.
The Noun Project is a great source of design ideas. The only trick is getting the SVG files to an OpenSCAD friendly DXF (which is surprisingly hard on a Mac using Inkscape). I recommend saving to a .eps file and using pstoedit (http://sourceforge.net/projects/pstoedit/) which relies on Ghostscript.
This is kind of the inverse of what tstrader is doing with the Many Coins script thingiverse.com/thing:37510
