Description
This is a parametric one-piece y-bar clamp. It replaces two y-bar clamp pieces from Mendel or Mini Mendel, and requires no screws! The previous version ran the risk of delaminating under stress. This version is modified to print on its side, as per Erik's suggestion, which should make it stronger. The STLs also have 6.5mm and 8.5mm holes now, which should fit the M6 and M8 rods better when printed.
Update: on the third try (I need a heated bed), I got this to print without coming loose. The size is prefect, the smooth rod is snug, but slides in without drilling and clamps tightly with very little pressure applied. I'll try to get pics up tonight.

Instructions
The smooth rod goes through the rounded side, and it is pinched by nuts on the threaded rod through the side with the corner. Nylock nuts are recommended. The M8 version is for Mendle, and the M6 is for Mini Mendel.

Have you had issues skeinforgeing this? The stl come out with some errors.
I just skeinforged the M6.stl file with no errors. There have been a few bug fixes recently. You might want to get the latest and try again. If it doesn't work, send your settings and the STL file to Enrique. He is usually pretty good about fixing things.
I haven't figured out skeinforge yet, I just use reprap host, and I haven't tried printing this at all yet because I melted parts of my PLA extruder with a hot motor and I'm waiting for the ABS one I ordered from tbuser.
