Summary

After printing Dizingof's iHorn iPhone dock, I was inspired to create one myself that will have the same functionality but looks totally different. This is what I came up with... hope you like it! :)

Instructions

I had created the whole thing as one STL file, but then realised it was way too big for my UP! Plus printer, so I broke the object into 3 parts and re-arrange them to fit my build platform. Very snug fit, and the raft was sitting right on the edge of the perfboard, but in the end everything worked out and I got my perfect iFan!

iPhone dock (one piece).STL - use this file if your printer can print more than 215mmW

iPhone dock (3 pieces).STL - use this file if you only have a UP! Plus printer

hi i made one but if filled the small end of the horns with support and i cant get it out, did it do this for you, i used makerware, what program did you use??

Hi I used UP Plus printer to print this. The design was my very first prototype, so the horns were slightly too long. I had since then modified the design and uploaded another one on Thingiverse. Thanks
