Today I have exchanged the noise dampers on my reprappro. The first time since I made the first set (and posted them here).

This is my favourite thingy ever. So simple, so effective, so efficient. Thank you!

Could we get a scad file for this, or an alternate version with the gaps for the feet shrunk to 12.5mm?

I used 40% - We have made them for all our printers in our lab and they are all still going strong after a year. But I do expect to exchange them one day as plastic creeps over time under stress.

How much Infill do you recommend with PLA?

I just added to my printer. It works perfectly, no noise or vibration issue.
