Description
I made a box to keep my mp3 reader and earbud together and protect them
printed in ABS (PLA must work too) with anti wrapping holes, build-in support (need the bridge to be tuned )
designed for a Philipps GoGear 8GB

Instructions
print it 0.2 layer 0.49mm wide with brim to get a good fixation on the bed.
trim the supprt and the round part of the cable holder to get the thing closed.
I make vertical hole inthe shell wall to avoid wrapping and horizontal ones to get enough spring to clic in the core (the vertical holes avoid the delaminating problem too)
if you think it is too fragile just add a drop of cyanoacrylate glue to fill them
