No infill, no support ... just pure cute bear

You're rigth. I added a low poly version as well.

That's a monster stl file. Have you tried simplifying it with Meshlab?

I printed the original, turned out pretty nice but took a long timing to slice and 123,000 lines of code with slic3r 0.9.7.

it was the idea of no infiil and 2 shell layers :)
