URover is our first underwater project. The chasis is designed to be 100% printable and easy to assemble.


We just finished field testing the design (www.joc-innovations.com).
Detailed instructions will be uploaded shortly.
For now print the following and secure with super glue:

(1) vertical_nacelle_and_struts
(1) mid_port
(1) mid_bow
(1) mid_stb
(2) horizontal_nacelle
(2) ring
(6) strut

For propullsion we set three mini 3V DC motors in wax into each nacelle

For control we wired 3 toggles to a 12V battery pack and soldered the wires to each motor

We are currently designing the props but for the test we simply trimmed down a set of small RC aircraft props
