Description
The WAVE system allows a hard bottom to be created in the sea for marine life to attach and can serve as a foundation for Reef Ball artificial reef modules.
Instructions
The "straps" underneath are actually lifting straps like people use on trucks to hold down cargo and optionally you might want to print this over some shoelaces to give the true to life effect. These straps tie together so that many WAVE modules can interlink to create a hard seafloor.
