Cannot get a SDRAMPs?
Get the more popular SDSL from emaker
Then make up a cable to get it running with your Ramps Board.
Not tested with Ramps 1.4 but pinouts seem the same as 1.3 so should work okay.
If you still have troubles after trying both digital pin points. Go into your firmware look up pins.h and find which pin number your card reader is using.

Instructions
I solder direct to the solder points on the back of the SDSL and leave the header inplace incase i ever need it for something else.
