I printed one! I had to scale it up to 101% to fit my phone, and printed with support material to hold the tabs up. I think it worked great!
Have you considered sharing the original files? I'd like to make some small changes.

Super cool design.
I've had some trouble getting it to turn out using a Replicator 2. I tried it the first time on high quality with rafts and supports, but the model bonded with the raft and couldn't be removed. Tried again on medium with only supports, but I had trouble removing all of the supports on the inside of the case and it didn't fit the phone.
Any tips/tricks on how to position the model on the build platform or what settings to use? I'm currently placing the back of the case flat on the middle of the build platform.
I'm determined to get it to work because it's fantastically awesome. ;-)
Thanks!
I've been having similar problems! To be fair, I can't print any cases on the Rep 2 without failing. Do you know what it means when it's printing the sides of the cases and suddenly stops extruding? I'm thinking either flow rate is too high and it gets jammed or feed rate is too fast.
Do you have successful settings for more standard iPhone cases?
I used Shapeways to Print my case. Ben Rockhold had to scale Up to 101%.
What I would do is:
1) Measure the from the inside on one side to the other side.
2) Measure the out side of your Phone
3) Divide #1 into #2: #1/#2=Scale%
I have to do this with some of my files that I print.
As for the rafts. I don't know what to tell you. I have access to a Stratasys Mojo printer and have a soluble support material.
