Right one is with black normal PLA (somewhat too rigid to fit the phone in),
Left one is with flexible PLA, printed on an ultimaker @230C with the speed dail tuned down to 20% (of 50 mm/s).
At higher speeds the flexible pla is not sticking good enough to the previous layer.
The buttons are very good (the first 3 to 4 layers of the button gave me some worries, but the next layer made it all ok.)
I was less successful with the bumpers. only one side has the support for the bumpers. This side should be printed first, not last.
The grip is very nice.
The height of the complete model could be somewhat greater to protect the glass somewhat more when laying down.
I printed it the way that it was set up in the fill in .1mm with 100% infill. but when I was removing supports, one of the bars on the side broke off because of the the way I printed it. I was thinking it would make it look a lot cleaner if I printed it standing up but it presented some structural weakness in that spot. I would suggest laying it down when printing.
(you can see where it broke in the picture)
Very nice design! Cool renders also, which render software do you use? Do you have a printed example?
