A slightly more robust and stable holder as part of my android car media project.
I made the small cutout for the lens slightly larger to so the phone can be inserted either with the track ball to the left or the right and added some feet so I can secure it to a tray in our car.
Print out a left and a right, trim ears, clean up edges and slide onto Nexus One. Or, print two Lefts and two rights. it should work just fine with two of the same.
I suggest pr inting with SF50 with the following options for good adhesion:
Skirt > Gap 4.0
Skirt > Layers > 25
Speed > Object First Layer
Feed Rate Infill 0.4
Feed Rate Perimeter 0.4
Flow Rate Infill 0.2
Flow Rate Perimeter 0.4
