To print your amalgamation of technology and nature, no support is needed! You may need to trim away a few stray strands from under the bill after the print is finished, but the bill is lofted slighty and finishes w/o any real issue. And, there is a small gap underneath the treads, so the print may look a bit funny as this beginning section is getting laid down; however, just be patient, the print will 'correct itself' as the next few layers are deposited.
