No luck finding a similar washer here with 11mm OD. I have a standard M6 washer that's 11.8 mm OD. I have drilled the ID to 7mm and Now will see if I can modify the carriage to accept the 11.8 OD washer. Perhaps you could publish a modified part?

I started a manual and uploaded it. Please have a look at it. I hope it helps. You're very welcome to help finish the manual.

Does anyone have any pictures of their completed unit that will show how it is assembled? I have all of my prints complete and have my makerslide. Just need to know how it goes together.
