The fact is that I edit directly over the .stl file, not the openscad. Anyway I'm thinking about releasing this kind of things directly on a CVS instead os using thingiverse.

you could also fork it on github so your modifications could be adopted in the original design ...
Yes, there are some changes:

- The z top is now designed to fit a bearing to fix the threaded rod. Thanks to cadesigns.
- The y-axis-bracket is slimer to better-fix the bottom rods to the box

- Parts are one-per-file so that you can print the number you want
- The extruder idler is not here (pending to fix the nut hole, it's too small)
