Standoff for Relay Board
Description
Got a purty new Mk5 and relay board but don't know where/how to attach the relay board? This design makes use of two existing holes under the motherboard. I used T10x16mm screws since I had them lying around. Use wood screws, sheet metal screws, whatever. Put two screws through the holes from the inside of the Makerbot to mount the Standoff. Use four screws (or only two if you are feeling lucky) to attach the relay board to the Standoff.
Instructions
Even though I have a heated build platform, I was having trouble getting the first layer to stick on blue painters tape so I gave up and used a raft. The gcode file reflects that. Printed with Mk5, still tweaking settings, currently 220*C, 0.42mm layer thickness, 40 mm/s feedrate. 36 minute total print time.

I used mine with standard Makerbot 3x16mm screws. The holes came out pretty tight, and I did not require to use any nuts. Very nice thing!

printing one. my relay board is currently in the same spot but just using one of the screw holes and a snatndoff.
Now we need one for the extruder board. The same holes are above the main board which is where my extruder board is mounted.
You just have to make sure you leave clearance for the sim card.

This, combined with http://www.thingiverse.com/thi... has got my MK5 and ABP cabling all sorted, so many thanks!
I've mounted mine above the motherboard, cables end up being somewhat more tidy there for me.
Glad it worked for you. My extruder controller is where you mounted your relay board, but yours looks nice and neat.
