Description
Simply clips onto the profile of the Gen 6 Deluxe PCB on my Orca 0.4x but I guess this isn't a machine specific design.
It differs from it's mummy in that more of the electronic connections and wiring plus the fan is enclosed within.
It is fully printable without support.

Instructions
Print without support.
Attach the 60mm cooling fan to the inside with M3 or M4 fasteners and clip on.
I have included an stl file without the Gyrobot logo.
I have included a step model should you wish to logo your own version up.
I printed with 100% infill for strength and at 0.2mm layer height.
Fashionably colour co-ord your printer even more plus help hide those wires.

Weak design, printed fairly well but broke immediately. (the corner "leg" which meets the two openings)
Should have thicker walls and internal supports in the corners.
Also, it doesn't work well with the generic gen6 as the ports seem to be in different locations to your machine - ive had to butcher it to fit.

Sorry to hear you had problems, I am happy to create a thicker walled derivative for you but unfortunately I don't know what the dimensional differences are between your generic Gen 6 board and the Delux version that is standard on an Orca. I've edited the title to include Delux to avoid any confusion.
