Did this in Zbrush a while back.
Instructions
You might have to rotate it to get the flat bit on the bottom.
Also you might have to scale it up.

Hey man, I just uploaded a lower res one, its a bit different. I cant remember how to lower it any more, made the raptor ages ago.

I'll try and get a lower poly one. Its so high poly as it came out of Z brush.
