I recently had a project which allowed only very little space width-wise and so was using a nema 11 stepper motor. Accordingly, I needed a slim mount for the stepper motor and this seemed to do the trick. Has three offset fixing hole just in case splitting (on the mounting surface) is an issue.

Having trouble with the sizing. The default sizing when I load the .stl (using Repetier-Host) is REALLY SMALL. What do I need to scale this to in order to get it printing at the correct size for NEMA-11? Appreciate any help.

Hi sealyons, i havent used Repetier-Host so may not much help on that front. quick google revealed a similar issue with units conversion for someone else. My .skp was done in metric and exported to .stl. see here - http://www.soliforum.com/topic/359/repetier-importing-parts-in-the-wrong-size/http://www.soliforum.com/topic.... also reprap forum talks about some potential firmware related matters - http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?263,206847http://forums.reprap.org/read..... all else fails start from the .skp using your respective units (metric v imperial) and go from there. cheers lach11

is it too much to ask if you can make a nema 17 holder? i'm new here, don't have experience... i would really appreciate it... if not, it's still cool to see stuff like this :D thanks!

almost, but given my extremely tardy response, i can point you here - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5166http://www.thingiverse.com/thi.... otherwise, a proverb springs to mind - “Tell me and I'll forget; show me and I may remember; involve me and I'll understand.” To that end, easiest and cheapest place to start is here - http://www.sketchup.com/intl/en/product/gsu.htmlhttp://www.sketchup.com/intl/e.... The rest is up to your imagination.....lach 11.
