Summary

I designed a easy to use belt tensioner for the x axis.
I use it some days now and it work awesome. it is designed for use with M3 skrews but i didnt had any at home so i drilled the holes up to 4mm and replaced the outer skrews with M4.

Instructions

Ok. It works now great and improved my prints. the part printed with 70% infill is very stable.

Great design, thanks! I printed at 70% infill as well, very strong at that level. I put a nylock bolt on the inside to avoid slippage. Am printing another one for the Y axis now.

There is an excellent Y axis tensioner I have installed.
