Instructions

Print the STL files and clip on your RepRap Pursa. A 1.6W 808nm Laser was used on the version.
Skeinforge can also generate laser milling g-code. If your laser have TTL control, you can replace the M101 & M103 code form M101 S255 & M101 S0 to control the laser on/ off. You need to connect the extruder heater power supply to the TTL control.
Nothing changed with the firmware. Skeinforge setting as follow: profile type: Milling. Profile Selection: Laser. Chop: Tick Add Extra ....., Tick add Layer. Drill, untick Activate Drill. Export: Tick Activate Export, Tick ad Export Suffix. Feed: Tick Activate Feed, feed rate: (15mm/s for deep colour, if the wood colour is light, decrease this value). Mill: Tick Activate Mill. For the 2D laser milling, Skeinforge used for the G-code generate. For the 3D laser engraving, Artcam used for the G-code generate.
