These are standard cores for winding 16mm film. For those of us that still work with it.

I learned openSCAD specifically for this object. I created a script that will allow you to generate a core of any size while maintaining the standard features--inner core size and film clip on the perimeter. The original models were a tight fit for reels and the current models have corrected this.
