Hey! This thing is still a Work in Progress.
Files, instructions, and other stuff might change!
Extruder direct drive Nema 17 1.75 with Jhead adaptation (for prusa?)
Description
Direct drive 1.75mm filament extruder which work fine for prusa.
It use the standard 50mm M4 holes, and Jhead adaptation.
And is specially designed for 1.75 jhead Nozzles.
[NOTE] V0.6 is the last version
Caution! This is a prototype, it's not sure it work fine, I still need to test it for some time before saying it's perfectly working ;)

Instructions
You will need :
- 1x 5mm insert (please check the pictures!!=)
- 1x 626ZZ bearing
- 1x M4 bolt
- 1x spring for the M4 bolt
- 1x NEMA17
- 1x 6mm bolt to cut
- (optionnal) 1x M4 wingnut is the best
Support material needed..
You will need support to print this extruder.
Work with the prusa V2, and should work with basically all printer with 2 holes with 50mm in between, like the first printerbot, etc..
Put all bolt in the NEMA17!! it have been designed to use it all, do not avoid any hole.
Any suggestions is good to take !
Enjoy ;)
PS: We could use other bearing but laziness stopped me before creating adaptations ;)

Note:
My config:
-NEMA17 44Kg/cm (could be much less),
-for my 5mm insert the STEP_MM is 70 with 1/8 uStepping
Speed:3000mm/min (could be more, but work fine)
Acc:4000mm/s-2
Changelog:
*v0.6:
-Larger foot, reducing oscillations
-2 parametric fixations added (usefull on prusa)
-shape changed
-unnecessary hole removed
- 1x 5mm insert (please check the pictures!!=)

You should modify this to work with the much more common 608 bearings. I'll probably do so myself later today. I'll post it if it works well.
Also whenever you finalize this design, it would be smart to release an alternate version with mounting holes for geared stepper motors (The rim is the same size, but the holes are 28 mm apart not 30) since they are much more common in direct drive extruders.
I did it, I just didnt post it ;) Will send it later. Thanks for the comment ;)
