A captive nut smokey amp enclosure.

Instructions
this is made to be cut from 4 mm stock and to be held together with M4x16 mm screws and nuts.
Cut it out engrave it with what you want if you wnat it, i did a sayagata grille here and a sayagata engraving on the back. remeber to remove the unwanted grille designs from the file before you cut it out else you waste material.
for assembly take a look at the photos of my finished one and you can probably figure out how to get the thing to stay close. Be carefull not to overtighten the screw since that will crack you material event hough i "dog-boned" the stresspoints.

if you put painters tape or transferfoil on the wood / mdf it will come out cleaner with less burnmarks from the laser
Yeah i ususally do that with acrylic if the protective film has been removed prematurely. But HDF is quite good since you can wash it without any degradtion of the material.
