does the tread really move?

This looks like a really beautiful model, but perhaps a couple of changes might make it easier to print?

If you could separate the tread covers from the treads, then they could be printed in different colors, as you show in the rendering. Maybe also make the domes separate parts

I think the searchlight might be very difficult to print, due to the thinness of the stand. Making that a separate part would also be helpful.

Some of the finer details, such as the grabrails and handles, should either be simplified or made as separate parts.
