I combined two things…
I took the Sorbothane Isolator foot design from:
thingiverse.com/thing:42124
And modified the Replicator 2 foot from:
thingiverse.com/thing:38270

Instructions

I designed it in Sketchup then I ran it through cloud.netfabb.com to clean up the .stl
We printed this on a Replicator 2 with 100% Infill.
