Instructions
print without support material - the wall width is 2mm (2,5mm at the PrintrBot Version) so you don't have to worry about holes
### print the base as it is mounted on your printer - not as shown in the preview of Thingiverse! ###
you'll need:
5 hinges
1 base
1 nozzle fan
1 fan 60mm
4 screws to mount the fan or you'll use double faced tape
3 M3 screws 20mm or longer
3 shims and nuts
Using slic3r and a standard 60x60mm fan I can run up to 70% power without letting the temperature of the nozzle (ABS; 243°C) and the bed (glass; 95°C) drop.

The newer version with the smaller opening fits nicely on my PrintrBot LC ( with wooden extruder and a Ubis hot-end for 3mm). I intend to make a mount specifically for the PrintrBot extruder-- I'll post when I get it done.
Thanks for making the modified version!
This might mount well on the official fan mount upgrade too.
