While picking up springs at the local hardware store to implement this I saw an assortment box and grabbed that as well. Found a spring that fit the existing slot and replaced the factory set screw nut and o-ring. I'm still using the stock plunger, but I'm tearing through printers looking for single metal ball to replace it. Thats a 340mm whpthomas profile print. First one off the plate after reassembly. No adjustments necessary.
