Description
A speedy-made replacement for a car remote key, which happen to break quite often.
Compatible with part #9166199, fits older volvo remotes without a panic button (Who needs panic?).
I made it in sketchup as a test case, can be improved a lot.

Instructions
I modeled and tested it for printing it on a Cube (http://cubify.com) with ABS. Print without raft and supports. Then put in the original remote (including buttons) and battery and use a M2 self-tapping screw to fix.
In my case, some postprocessing is necessary due to the Cube's inaccuracies.
