I attempted to do this on a stock, un-tweaked Printrbot LC kit that I, as a newb, assembled. I point that out so maybe you can steer me in the right direction. i think I have several things I need to do to my Printrbot LC to make it able to print this. I'm using ABS on a heated bed w/ kapton tape. I don't think the bed is getting and staying warm enough though.

The results I saw were the phone holder arm warped and the fat end didn't stick to the bed. And the part that clips around the bottom of the controller warped and went too high so I cut it off so as to minimize the damage. For whatever reason, it wasn't flush tot he bed and I didn't see anything like support material.

I stopped it about halfway, it was over a half inch thick. I'd like to produce a usable version, but was still able to see how strong the finished product would be. A few other test prints had me wondering about strength.

But otherwise it looked good. The dimensions for the P3 end were OK for the 2/3 of the object I had. The phone clip obviously requires a case, so that might be my first mod (uncased right now, maybe an otterbox later).

I was wondering how someone had not done it yet. And we did published the same day.
