Added a M5 pushfit adapter to the design. Allso changed the mounting brackets to hold a m4 in place.

Threads? Plastic? Screw what you have in. It will be fine. If you worry - brush a little Acetone on the hole then screw in the fitting. All will be good. Remember it is plastic and not metal. All will move and hold to your fitting. Especially something with such a small loading.
