If you don't mind clean-up of the top,
0% infill in ABS
could be fixed in post with abs/acetone "goop".
saving time and plastic.
My pics show the 0%infill and the holes
and the subsequent clean-up (which took all of 3 minutes)

Of course infill would minimize the holes, I just prefer the low plastic use
and less time to print route using the fill-in.
it is at least good to know there are options avaiable
