Turned out really well on a updated CTC printer using makerbot software I used a raft and support and put on the active fan on the lat few layers.

How do you export the file to save onto an SD Card? - any help appreciated as new to this :)

I have a CTC printer which I use makerbot software, the software allows the user to import stl files then turn, postion, and scale the item on the bed. I print the frame with a raft and supports. I had the frame laying flat on the bed and I printer on glass with masking tape on the glass and coated in PVA glue and print in pink ABS with active fan turned on at the last 10 layers at about 96 percent completed. I previewed the item and then exported the file from makerbot software to the sd card which converts it to the correct Gcode.

Also a version with "I love u" possible? :)

Hi,

What size photo fits in the frame

Looking at the STL file, it looks like somewhere around 2 1/2" X 3 1/2" picture... or ~60MM X ~85MM.
