Description
A 3D printable wing section.
Instructions
Print a number of these and join them together end on end, and you've got one of the main parts of a 3D printable plane! Scale it to whatever size you like. Ive included three through-holes as an example of a way that you can "reinforce" your wing longitudinally, by inserting a section of ( for example ) carbon fibre tube down the centre hole, and optionally a smaller carbon fibre rod at the leading and/or trailing edge, as required ( this will depend on final size and scale , so it's up to you ). I like to use 8mm carbon arrow-shaft for the main strut, as I have an archery shop nearby that sells me their left-overs for cheap! . :-)
