Summary

A rail button to fit 1515 rail that has been airfoiled for aerospace applications, specifically amateur rocketry.

Instructions

Make sure to add support material so that the overhang does not collapse. 2.5mm to 2.75mm spacing on the Lulzbot AO-100 printer seems to work best.

Fantastic. I'm a bit afraid to print this in ABS because it delaminates so easily. My rocket's tend to get big :> http://mylevel3.wordpress.comhttp://mylevel3.wordpress.com I'll give it a spin in Nylon to see how it goes. Have you tried to make a 1010 version?

I have not, as I think it will be slightly too small and unstable for the print head we have at WPI. ABS is what I printed mine with, and as long as you have a heated bed you should be fine.
