Hi. As I see there is no "i" in the character set.

I'm finishing up a large project right now, I will update this item hopefully this weekend with the recommended changes. Thanks for the feedback CaptnBlynd.

Just an opinion:
1) Remove the bounding boxes. We don't use them any more than you would circle every letter when you write.
2) If you are unsure of the lettering then compare it to http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8000 . The character codes in that thing seem accurate.
3) If you could give us multiple lines, a choice of backing size and/or font sizes then this would be useful for cards and signs.
