Description
This is a derivative of Jerrill's printed filament guide for the wooden extruder. The only difference is that this one is laser cut from the same material that the rest of the printrbot is cut from and that it is slightly taller to make room for the captured M3 nut that holds it together.
Instructions
BOM:
1x flathead M3x10 screw
1x M3 nut
Plywood 5,6mm thick (mine was from a plywood box bought at IKEA, named "Pränt")
Assemble the two parts with the M3 screw and nut. Then replace the locking plate on your existing wooden extruder with this part.
The .ipt files and .iam file are Autodesk Inventor files. They are a bonus for those who use Autodesk Inventor to double check their designs in 3D before building them. You don't need them to cut this thing, you are fine with just the .dxf-file.
