I've drilled holes in the knuckle joints and used nuts and bolts to secure them

I have an issue with the fingers - it's nearly impossible to wedge the fingers themselves into the knuckle joint

has anyone tried to print this, and does it work well?

Instructions

Print the sizing guide measure your hand and make the adjustments. There is a not very hidden 'Easter Egg' in the assembly modes through customizer.
If you download the SCAD there are instructions on how to animate this glove also.
When creating your own select 'FullPrint' and what hand to generate a complete 1 print bed layout, this should fit on a Replicator at a full print bed but if you are using a smaller bed size there are options to generate the various parts. A word of warning when measuring your thumb, this is a complex set of parts and you may need the tweak and print a few times to get it comfortable.

are the parameters in customizer in mm

Short answer, yes. Long answer is that it shouldn't matter as long as you scale appropriately before slicing.

Just like Tony Stark would have built in a Cave! (if he had a roll of plastic instead of a blowtorch)

Yeah, it's important to be prepared

Unfortunately I have a Prusa with extruder issues at the moment. I will hopefully have it up and running shortly and this on my list. There is now bridging in the print orientation and all angles are 45.
