I would like to adapt this to a note 4, could you share the source file please ? I mean the editable file (from autocad, solidworks...), not the stl.

The STL is the only format I have for it. It may be easier for you to modify this model: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:42627 and mash it up with this one.

I am having a hard time printing this successfully on a Printrbot LC. What tips or tricks do you recommend to print this successfully?

It started the wrong size, then I had to deal with warping, now I have to deal with layer splitting on the base. In addition to finagling Slic3r to position it right.

Can you share the source file?

The source file is simply the stl. I printed it in both PLA and ABS. I was able to print it with no modifications on several different printers. If you're encountering warping or splitting try covering your printer with a sheet/printing with a tall skirt/etc. I used a higher infill percentage than I normally use, 40% and printed with support.
