A reverse engineer and slight tweak for Robohands prosthetic hand. Tweaked for aesthetics. Apparently there is a flaw that prevents it from working exactly as intended.


Adaptations, include the same proximal phalange for all fingers +thumb. Doesn't include parts lower than the wrist.
Apparently there is a flaw in the mechanics of the hand in this design. I don't know exactly what it is, but it should be fixed now in the Robohands design.

I recently helped my friend build this for a student at our school who doesn't have a hand

your "Finger Block" is shorter on both ends than the origional. Therefore the end pieces can't fit over the ends. The Proximal Phalange sides prevent it fromseating. If you compare it to the origional you will see whats wrong.
