I believe the problem with your script is that Customizer is case sensitive on the include paths. Try changing your two mcad lines to use MCAD/boxes.scad etc.

THANKS!! That fixed the problem in Customizer but it still doesn't display in the Thing main page... Sigh...

Yeah, Thingiverse currently doesn't render openscad scripts yet. Upload an stl to get a rendering for now.
