Support for the X carriage hotend, farynozzle or budaschnozzle with Bowden.
The carriage X is based (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:24364), the only thing I've put the screw holder for carriage limit X.

Instructions
Installs under the carriage X, no need to place a spacer in the car to lower X hotend tip.
