Here is a little plastic finger puppet.

Instructions

I think it would be best to print with supports for the main ring/eye part. The rest are quite simple. Just print and glue together.

Yea, that sounds like a good option. I actually want to make other eye types like cat, snake, and scary so I made it so you could add which ones you want. Eyebrows sound fun too.
