Instructions
I printed it scaled down a bit
10 % infill
2 shells
i ran it a bit hot 245 degrees
.27 slice
80mm/sec
a few small holes on top (see pics)
not sure how to fix that, I usually fix in post print with ABS goop
working on a alternative for PLA and Nylon
rheostatically controlled soldering iron is showing promise, but
requires a skilled touch.
ABS goop is the much easier workflow
